Catalyst Viraaj International offers NO REFUND for any cancellations/returns because allocated time, services rendered, and knowledge shared cannot be returned. Considerable time, effort, and resources are invested to bring forth the best possible.
The results of our coaching/training programs may vary for different individuals depending on their understanding & implementation of knowledge. Catalyst Viraaj or Catalyst Viraaj International cannot be held liable if results, returns, or benefits derived are limited due to any reason beyond our control.
While we make all efforts to provide the best services at all times, the fact remains that no one can be 100% perfect. We may make mistakes and we stand by you to rectify our errors. Despite that, the truth remains that we cannot make each and everyone happy, because satisfaction levels may vary in meaning for different individuals. In such freak cases, we expect to receive your feedback for improvement at a personal level.
However, in certain exceptional situations beyond human control, if any client cancels any course/appointment, at least 7 working days before the scheduled date, Catalyst Viraaj International shall consider adjusting or refunding the amount received partially or in full as the case may be.
